Hi Guy; Are you sure you have a Savage LS650? I don't have any "switches" at all on mine. There is an operating cable that opens the carb for acceleration and a screw stop for idleing, aside from the choke, that's it. There are no adjusting screws on the right side of mine. Sorry.
